Taking Over of The Sheik Ismail Subedar Pallivasal Waqf, Uraiyur, Trichy District under the Direct Management.

In exercise of the powers conferred as per the provisions under Section 65 of the Waqf Act, 1995 (as amended),

the Tamil Nadu Waqf Board in its Resolution in Item No. 41/18, Rc.No. 14961/17/B5/TRICHY, dated 02-03-2016 has

ordered to take over the management of Sheik Ismail Subedar Pallivasal, Uraiyur, Trichy District under the direct control

of the Tamil Nadu Waqf Board for a period of six months from 19-06-2018 and appointed the Superintendent of

Waqf, Trichy as its Executive Offi cer.

under the control of Tamil Nadu Wakf Board for a period of six months from 20-06-2018 to 19-12-2018 and to appoint

the Superintendent of Wakfs, Chennai as its Executive Offi cer.

Wakf Board in its Resolution Item No. 22/18 in Rc. No. 6209/11/B3/CBE, dated 19-06-2018 has ordered to take over

the Management of Hyder Ali Tippu Sultan Dhakni Sunnath Jamath Pallivasal, Kabarastan and Idgah Waqf, Mettupalayam

Road, Coimbatore District under the direct control of the Tamil Nadu Wakf Board for a period of six months from the

date of Board's Order (i.e) 19-06-2018 and to appoint the Waqf Superintendent, Coimbatore as its Executive Offi cer.
