The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed that

the land/lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below has/have to

be acquired for industrial purpose to wit for the formation

of New Broad Gauge Railway line between Viluppuram to

Dindugal, and it having already been decided that the entire

amount of compensation to be awarded for the land/lands

is to be paid out of the lands controlled or managed by

District Revenue Ofﬁ cer, Tiruchirappalli the following notice

is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu

Acquisition of Land for Industrial purposes Act 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu

Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purpose Act 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999) hectare/ acres to the same, a

little more or less needed for Industrial Purpose, to wit for

the formation of New Broad Gauge Railway Line between

Viluppuram to Dindugal, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby

acquires the land/lands speciﬁ ed in the Schedule below.

The plan of the land / lands, is / are kept in the ofﬁ ce

of the Special Tahsildar (LA), Doubling of Broad Gauge

Railway Line (Villupuram – Dindigul) Unit-I, First Floor,

Sub-Collector Ofﬁ ce, Tiruchirappalli, Revenue Divisional

Ofﬁ cer, Srirangam and Collector Ofﬁ ce, Tiruchirappalli District

and may be inspected at any time during ofﬁ ce hours.

that the lands speciﬁ ed in the Schedule below to be

acquired for industrial purpose to wit to formation of Third

and Fourth line between Chennai Beach to Korukkupettai

Railway Stations and it having already been decided that

the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands

is to be paid out of the lands controlled or managed

by Southern Railway. The following notice is issued under

sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition

of Land for Industrial Purposes Act 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act

10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu

Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act 1997,

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999),the Governor of Tamil Nadu

hereby acquires the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below

measuring 506.5 sq.mt (or) 5452 sq.ft to the same a little

more or less needed for Industrial purpose, to wit, for the

formation of 3rd and 4th Line between Chennai Beach to

Korukkupettai Railway Stations.

The plan of the lands are kept in the ofﬁ ce of the Chennai

Collector’s Ofﬁ ce, Revenue Divisional Ofﬁ ce, Tondiarpet and

Taluk Ofﬁ ce, Tondiarpet and may be inspected on any day

during ofﬁ ce hours.

NOTICE

Under sub–section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu

Acquisition of land for Industrial Purpose Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu

hereby acquires the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below

and measuring 1.11.9 hectares (or) 2.76 Acres, to the same,

a little more or less needed for Industrial purpose, to wit,

for the Chennai Airport Expansion Scheme.
