MANAGEMENT ACT

Under sub-sections (1) and (2) of Section 14 of the Disaster Management Act, 2005 (Central Act 53 of 2005),

the Governor of Tamil Nadu, in supersession of the Notifi cation published in Revenue Department Notifi cation

No.II(2)/ REV/11(d)/ 2015 of Part-II - Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 12th January 2015,

hereby establishes the Tamil Nadu State Disaster Management Authority, consisting of the following members:-
