No. II(2)/HWMP/801/2018.—The Governor of Tamil Nadu

having been satisﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule

below have to be acquired for highways purpose, to wit for

formation of By-Pass Road to Namakkal Town at Namakkal

District and it having already been decided that the entire

amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is

to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by

the Chief Engineer (NABARD & Rural Roads), Highways

Department, Chennai-25 and after having considered the

cause shown by the owners or other persons having interest

in the said lands as the case may be do hereby publish, the

following notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the

Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of

2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands

speciﬁ ed in the Schedule below measuring, an extent of

27525.5 Sq. metres of Ryotwari dry lands to the same, a

little more or less needed for Highways purpose, to wit,

for the formation of By-Pass Road to Namakkal Town, in

Namakkal District.

The Plan of the lands are kept in the ofﬁ ce of the

District Collector, Namakkal and may be inspected at any

time during ofﬁ ce hours.

having been satisﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule

below have to be acquired for highways purpose, to wit for

formation of By-Pass road to Namakkal Town at Namakkal

District and it having already been decided that the entire

amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to

be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Chief

Engineer (NABARD & Rural Roads), Highways Department,

Chennai-25 and after having considered the cause shown

by the owners or other persons having interest in the

said lands as the case may be do hereby publish, the

following notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the

Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under Sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the

Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of

2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the

lands speciﬁ ed in the Schedule below measuring, an extent

of 14973 Sq.meters of Royatwari dry lands to the same,

a little more or less needed for Highways purpose, to wit,

for the formation of By-Pass Road to Namakkal Town,

in Namakkal District. The Plan of the lands are kept in

having been satisﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in schedule

below and situated in the Village Thamalerimuthur in the

Taluk of Tirupattur in the District of Vellore are needed

for Highways purpose in wit for construction of Tirupathur

By-Pass Road and it having already been decided that the

entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands

is to be paid by the Divisional Engineer (Highways), Project

Division Vellore-6, after considering the cause shown by

the owner or other persons having interest on such lands,

as the case may, do here by publish the following notice

under sub - section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu

Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002)

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the

Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002)

the Governor of Tamil Nadu here by acquires the lands

speciﬁ ed in the Schedule below measuring 16393 Sq. Meters

needed for Highways purpose to wit for formation of Tirupathur

By-Pass Road.

The plan of the lands is kept in the ofﬁ ce of the

Tahsildar, Tirupathur, Vellore District and may be inspected

at any time during ofﬁ ce hours.

Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed

in the schedule below have to be acquired for highways

purpose, to wit for formation of By-Pass road to Tiruchengode

Town at Namakkal District and it having already been

decided that the entire amount of compensation to be

awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds

controlled or managed by the Chief Engineer (NABARD &

Rural Roads), Highways Department, Chennai-25 and after

having considered the cause shown by the owners or

other persons having interest in the said lands as the

case may be do hereby publish, the following notice under

sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways

Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the

Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of

2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the

lands speciﬁ ed in the Schedule below measuring, an extent

of 1.90.40 Hectare of Ryotwari, dry lands to the same, a

little more or less needed for Highways purpose, to wit,

for the formation of By-Pass Road to Tiruchengode Town,

in Namakkal District. The Plan of the lands are kept in

the ofﬁ ce of the District Collector, Namakkal and may be
