ELECTED MEMBERS OF PARLIAMENT AND MEMBERS OF LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF TAMIL NADU.

AMENDMENT TO NOTIFICATION

The following amendments are issued to the Home Department Notification

No.II(2)/HO/800(d)/2018, published in Part II-Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary

dated the 6th September 2018, namely:-

Aඕඍඖඌඕඍඖග

In the said Notifi cation,-

(1) for the expression “W.P.(Civil)No.669/2016” occurring in two places, the expression “W.P.(Civil)

No.699/2016” shall be substituted;

(2) In paragraph 4, for the expression “a Special Court at Chennai” the expression “a Special

Court in the cadre of Sessions Judge at Chennai” shall be substituted.
