No. II(2)/TRA/849(a-1) /2018.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed

that the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below to be acquired

for the industrial purpose to wit for the formation of New

Broad Gauge Railway line between Villupuram - Dindigul

situated in Ariyamangalam Village of Tiruchirappalli (East)

Taluk in the District of Tiruchirappalli, and it having already

been decided that the entire amount of compensation to

be awarded for the land/lands is to be paid out of the

lands controlled or managed by District Revenue Oﬃ cer,

Tiruchirappalli. The following notice is issued under

sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition

of land for the Industrial purposes Act 1997.

N඗ගඑඋඍ

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the

Tamil Nadu Acquisition of land for Industrial Purposes Act 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999). The Governor of Tamil Nadu

hereby acquires the land/lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule

below measuring 18200 Sq.m. of land to the same, a

little more or less needed for industrial purpose wit for

the formation of New Broad Gauge Railway line between

Villupuram - Dindigul situated in Ariyamangalam Village of

Tiruchirappalli (East) Taluk in the District of Tiruchirappalli.

The plan of lands are kept in the oﬃ ce of the Collector,

Tiruchirappalli and Sub-Collector, Tiruchirappalli may be

inspected on any time during oﬃ ce hours.

Sub-Collector Oﬃ ce, Tiruchirappalli, Revenue Divisional Oﬃ cer,

Srirangam, and Collector Oﬃ ce, Tiruchirappalli District and

may be inspected at any time during oﬃ ce hours.

and Collector Oﬃ ce, Tiruchirappalli District and may be

inspected at any time during oﬃ ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed

that the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below have to be

acquired for industrial purpose to wit for the formation of new

Broad Gauge Railway line between Tindivanam and Nagari

and it having already been decided that the entire amount

of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid

out of the lands controlled or managed by District Collector,

Villupuram the following notice is issued under sub-section

(1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for

Industrial Purposes Act, 1997.

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the

Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purpose Act.1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu

hereby acquires the land / lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below

and measuring 6.28.5 hectare of land, a little more or less

needed for Industrial Purpose, to wit for the formation of new

Broad Gauge Railway line between Tindivanam and Nagari.

The plan of the lands are kept in the Collector’s Oﬃ ce,

Villupuram and in the oﬃ ce of the Sub-Collector, Tindivanam,

Villupuram district and may be inspected at any time during

oﬃ ce hours.
