accepted by the Government.

In exercise of powers conferred by clause (e) of sub-section (1) of Section 14 read with

Section 21 of the Waqf Act, 1995 (Central Act 43 of 1995), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints

Thiru M.A. Siddique, I.A.S., Secretary to Government (Expenditure), Finance Department as

a Member of the Tamil Nadu Waqf Board in the vacancy caused due to the resignation of

Thiru Md. Nasimuddin, I.A.S.
