Under caluse (bb) of Section 16 of the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Act, 1998

(Tamil Nadu Act 43 of 1998), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notifies to engage the services of

International Finance Corporation (IFC) for Technical Assistance and Strategic Advisory Services to the

Tamil Nadu Infrastructure Development Board towards 'Waste to Energy Project', Chennai on 'Public Private

Partnership' basis.
