Taking over the Direct Management of Barafath Charities @ Sheik Dawood Meelad Waqf, Chennai District.

In exercise of powers conferred as per the provisions under Section 65 of the Wakf Act 1995, the Tamil Nadu

Wakf Board in its resolution item No.87/18 in Rc.No.5098/95/B9/Chennai dated 28-08-2018 has ordered to take over the

Management of BARAFATH CHARITIES @ SHEIK DAWOOD MEELAD WAQF, CHENNAI DISTRICT under the control of

Tamil Nadu Wakf Board for a period of six months from 28-08-2018 and to appoint the Superintendent of Wakfs,

Chennai as its Executive Offi cer.
