JUDICIAL NOTIFICATIONS

Amendment to Appellate Side Rules, 1965.

By virtue of powers conferred under clause 37 of the Letters Patent and of all other powers hereunto enabling,

the High Court, Madras hereby makes the following amendments to Rules 1 and 2 of Order I of the Rules of the

High Court, Madras Appellate Side, 1965.

Aඕඍඖඌඕඍඖග

I.

In Order I Rule 1 sub-rule 6(a) of the Rules of the High Court, Madras Appellate Side, 1965,

a sum of Rs. 25 lakhs shall be substituted for Rs.15 lakhs;

II.

In Order I Rule 2 sub-rule 5(c) of the Rules of the High Court, Madras Appellate Side, 1965,

a sum of Rs. 25 lakhs shall be substituted for Rs.15 lakhs.
