relating there to.

3. The Variation with plan may be inspected free of cost at any time during oﬃ ce hours at the above said Local

Development Department dated 1st June 1984 under Section 91 (1) of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning

Act, 1971 Member-Secretary, Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority hereby makes following variation under

the following conditions:—

(i) A 10m wide green buﬀ er has to be developed along the boundary of the site as a measure to prevent the

surroundings from air and noise pollution; and

(ii) Consent of the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board (TNPCB) has to be obtained for establishing the proposed

industry while taking up development in the site.

In the said Modiﬁ ed Review Approved Master Plan in the LAND USE SCHEDULE, under the heading KARUR

LOCAL PLANNING AREA - PROPOSED LAND USE and under the expression THIRUMANILAIYUR VILLAGE.

(i) Under the sub-heading Agriculture the following S.F. Nos. shall be inserted instead of 91 to 152, 243 to 253,

267 to 272.

"91 to 95, 96pt (except 96/1), 97 to 152, 243 to 249, 250pt (except 250A, 250B), 252, 253, 267 to

269, 270pt (except 270/2)".

(ii) Under the sub-heading "Use Zone" against the entry "Commercial use zone" "Nil" the expression

S.F.Nos. 96/1, 250A, 250B, 251, 270/2, 271 & 272 shall be substituted. (Extent 1.62.00 Hectares).
