No. II(2)/TRA/899(a-1)/2018.
The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied
that the lands specified in the schedule below to be acquired
for the industrial purpose to wit for the formation of New
Broad Gauge Railway line between Villupuram - Dindigul
situated in Piratiyur (West) Village of Tiruchirappalli (West)
Taluk in the District of Tiruchirappalli, and it having already
been decided that the entire amount of compensation to
be awarded for the land/lands is to be paid out of the
lands controlled or managed by District Revenue Officer,
Tiruchirappalli. The following notice is issued under
sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition
of land for the Industrial purposes Act 1997.
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the
Tamil Nadu Acquisition of land for Industrial Purposes Act 1997
(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999). The Governor of Tamil Nadu
hereby acquires the land/lands specified in the schedule
below measuring 25158 Sq.m. of land to the same, a
little more or less needed for industrial purpose wit for
the formation of New Broad Gauge Railway line between
Villupuram - Dindigul situated in Piratiyur (West) Village of
Tiruchirappalli (West) Taluk in the District of Tiruchirappalli.
The Plan of lands are kept in the office of the Collector,
Tiruchirappalli and Sub-Collector, Tiruchirappalli may be
inspected on any time during office hours.

NOTICE

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999) hectare/ acres to the same, a
little more or less needed for Industrial Purpose, to wit for
the formation of New Broad Gauge Railway Line between
Viluppuram to Dindugal, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby
acquires the land/lands specified in the Schedule below.
The plan of the land / lands, is / are kept in the office of
the Special Tahsildar (LA), Doubling of Broad Gauge Railway
Line (Villupuram – Dindigul) Unit-I, First Floor, Sub-Collector
Office, Tiruchirappalli, Revenue Divisional Officer, Srirangam,
and Collector Office, Tiruchirappalli District and may be
inspected at any time during office hours.

Officer, Tiruchirappalli. The following notice is issued under
sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that
the lands specified in the schedule below to be acquired for
the industrial purpose to wit for the formation of new Broad
Gauge Railway line between Villupuram - Dindigul situated
in Kulathur Village of Srirangam Taluk in the District of
Tiruchirappalli, and it having already been decided that the
entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the land/
lands is to be paid out of the lands controlled or managed
by District Revenue Officer, Tiruchirappalli. The following
notice is issued under Sub-Section (1) of Section 3 of the
Tamil Nadu Acquisition of land for the Industrial purposes
Act 1997.
NOTICE
Under Sub-Section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil
Nadu Acquisition of land for Industrial Purposes Act 1997
(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999). The Governor of Tamil Nadu
hereby acquires the land/lands specified in the schedule below
measuring 5.77.20 Hectare of land to the same, a little more
or less needed for industrial purpose wit for the formation of
new Broad Gauge Railway line between Villupuram - Dindigul
situated in Kulathur Village of Srirangam Taluk in the District
of Tiruchirappalli.
The Plan of lands are kept in the office of the Collector,
Tiruchirappalli and Revenue Divisional Officer, Srirangam may
be inspected on any time during office hours.
