Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed

in the schedule below have to be acquired for highways

purpose, to wit for formation of Four laning from Thiruchengode

to Namakkal at Namakkal District and it having already

been decided that the entire amount of compensation to

be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds

controlled or managed by the Chief Engineer (Construction

& Maintenance), Highways Department, Chennai-25 and

after having considered the cause shown by the owners

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the

Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of

2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the

lands specifi ed in the Schedule below measuring, an extent

of 0.08.61 Hectare of Ryotwari Residential dry lands to the

same, a little more or less needed for Highways purpose,

to wit, for the formation of Four laning from Tiruchengode

to Namakkal in Namakkal District. The Plan of the lands

having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule

below have to be acquired for highways purpose, to wit for

formation of By-Pass road to Namakkal Town at Namakkal

District and it having already been decided that the entire

amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to

be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Chief

Engineer (NABARD & Rural Roads), Highways Department,

Chennai-25 and after having considered the cause shown

by the owners or other persons having interest in the

said lands as the case may be do hereby publish, the

following notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the

Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the

Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002),

the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands

specifi ed in the Schedule below measuring, an extent of

6815 Sq. metres of Ryotwari dry House Site lands to the

same, a little more or less needed for Highways purpose,

to wit, for the formation of By-Pass Road to Namakkal

Town, in Namakkal District. The Plan of the lands are kept

in the offi ce of the District Collector, Namakkal and may

be inspected at any time during offi ce hours.

No.II(2)/HWMP/968/2018.—The Governor of Tamil Nadu

having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule

below have to be acquired for highways purpose, to wit for

formation of By-Pass road to Namakkal Town at Namakkal

District and it having already been decided that the entire

amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to

be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Chief

Engineer (NABARD & Rural Roads), Highways Department,

Chennai-25 and after having considered the cause shown

by the owners or other persons having interest in the

said lands as the case may be do hereby publish, the

following notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the

Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the

Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of

2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands

specifi ed in the Schedule below measuring, an extent of

32408.5 Sq. meters of Ryotwari Dry Agricultural lands to the

same, a little more or less needed for Highways purpose,

to wit, for the formation of By-Pass Road to Namakkal

Town in Namakkal District. The Plan of the lands are kept

No.II(2)/HWMP/969/2018.— The Governor of

Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in

the schedule below have to be acquired for Highways purpose

to wit for the purpose of formation of Kamuthi-Pakkuvetti

Byepass Road at Kamuthi and Pakkuvetti Village, Kamuthi

Taluk in Ramanathapuram District and it having already

been decided that the entire amount of compensation to

be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds

controlled or managed by Divisional Engineer (Construction

& Maintenance), Highways Department, Ramanathapuram

after considering the cause shown by the owners or other

persons having interest in the said lands as the case

may be, do hereby publish the following Notice under

sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways

Act, 2001. (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the

Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001, (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of

2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the

lands specifi ed in the Schedule below and measuring

an extent of 18.14.12 Hectare of wet, dry and manavari

lands in Kamuthi and Pakkuvetti Village in Kamuthi Taluk,

Ramanathapuram District to the same, a little more or less

needed for the Highways purpose of formation of Kamuthi-

Pakkuvetti Byepass Road in Ramanathapuram District

The Plan of the lands is kept in the offi ce of the

District Revenue Offi cer, Ramanathapuram and may be

inspected at any time during the offi ce hours.
