''Under the powers conferred on the Registrar of Industrial Co-operatives under Section 137(2)(b) of the Tamil Nadu

Co-operative Societies Act, 1983, the aﬀ airs of the Cuddalore District Minority Auto Drivers Industrial Co-operative Society

Ltd., IND No. 12/CRE, Virudhachalam, Cuddalore District have been ordered to be wound up with immediate eﬀ ect by

the Principal Secretary/lndustries Commissioner and Director of Industries and Commerce and the Registrar of Industrial

Co-operatives, Chennai vide Proc. Rc. No.21129/ICF/2017 dated 17-10-2018 and under Section 138 of the same Act,

the Assistant Director of Industries and Commerce (Industrial Co-operatives), District Industries Centre, Cuddalore has

also been appointed as Oﬃ cial Liquidator of the said society for the purpose of liquidation."

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 33 of Town and Country Planning Act, 1971.

(Act No.35 of 1972) the Commissioner of Town and Country Planning, in the Proceedings Roc.No.11767/2018/DP2, dated,

17-10-2018 proposes to make the following individual draft variation for Deletion of Part 40 feet wide Existing Road and

Part Park in T.S.No.2217 & 2680 (Ward-6, Block-43 & 45, T.S.No.2217 & 2680), Kumbakonam Municipality, Kumbakonam

District to the Review Approved Kumbakonam Detailed Development Plan No. 4, Kumbakonam Local Planning Area,

Approved by the Commissioner of Town and Country Planning proceedings Roc.No.15124/2004/DP3, dated 26-10-2012

and the fact of this approval in Form No.12, Published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.47, Part VI—Section-1,

Page No.345, dated 05-12-2012, Publication No.VI(1)/356/2012.

2. Any person aﬀ ected or interested in this draft variation may within SIXTY DAYS from the date of publication

of this notiﬁ cation in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, can represent in person or submit in writing to the Member

Secretary Kumbakonam Local Planning Authority any objections and suggestions relating thereto.

3. The Variation with plan may be inspected free of cost at any time during oﬃ ce hours at the above said Local

Planning Authority Oﬃ ce.

Wherever the expression “Map No.5, DDP(V)/DTCP No.23/2009 occurs the expression DDP (V)/DTCP No.24/2018

shall be added at the end and to be read with.

In Schedule-IV, (Form No.7) under the heading park, in S.L.No.5, the entries in column 2 shall be deleted and

the entries.

“Land bounded on north by existing 40 feet wide road, East by 30 feet wide road, South by Channel, west

by 2217pt, 2218pt in comprising T.S.No.2219/4Apt of ward 6 shall be substituted”.

In Schedule IV, (Form No.7) in serial No.5 the ﬁ gure in column 4 the ﬁ gure 0.17563 shall be substituted

instead of 0.17802.

The draft variation made enforceable from the date of publication of the conﬁ rmed variation notiﬁ cation to be

issued u/s 33(2) of the Act in TNGG.

Department, dated 25-06-2018 refered MS.TNSCZMA, Director Department of Environment Lr.No. R.C.No. P1/521/2017,

dated 15-03-2017 states that the property site of R.S.No.273/1A, 274, 275/1, 2, 276/1,2, 422, 423/1, 423/2A, 2B referred

above is falling outside CRZ area and hence the developments in the above said site does not attract the provisions of

and Urban Development [UD4(2) Department, dated 10-02-2000 and published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and

Country Planning Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers conferred by the

G.O. Ms. No.94, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department, dated 12-06-2009 which has been published in

the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27, Part II––Section 2, page No. 228, dated 15-07-2009 the following variations

are made to the master plan for the Coimbatore Local Planning Area approved under the said Act and published in the

Housing and Urban Development Department Notiﬁ cation No.II(2)/Housing/4377/94 at page 1078 of Part II—Section 2 of the

Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 9th November 1994.

Plan Area in Annur Taluk, Kallipalayam Village.

(i)

Against the entry “AGRICULTURAL (AG9)” for the expression “354 to 402” to the expression “354 to

394, 395 (Except 395/2), 396 to 402 shall be substituted.

(ii)

Against the entry “RESIDENTIAL (PR5)” for the expression “395/2 shall be added after the entry 332.
