Amendment to the Tamil Nadu Liquor (Licence and Permit) Rules.

No. SRO A-66/2018.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 54 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act, 1937

(Tamil Nadu Act X of 1937), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Tamil Nadu Liquor

(Licence and Permit) Rules, 1981.

Aඕඍඖඌඕඍඖග.

In the said Rules, in rule 2, in clause (XVI), for sub-clause (a), the following sub-clause shall be substituted, namely:-

“(a) that it has a minimum of ten lettable rooms, all rooms with outside windows / ventilation with attached

bath rooms.”
