In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 375-B of the Tamil Nadu District Municipalities Act, 1920 (Tamil Nadu

Act V of 1920), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Municipal Administration and

Water Supply Department Notification No.II(2)/MAWS/687(c-1)/2016, published at pages 1 to 11 of Part II - Section 2 of the

Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, dated the 24th October 2016, as subsequently amended.

2. This amendment shall come into force with effect on and from the 1st January 2019.

Amendment

In the said Notification, for the expression “until the 31st day of December 2018”, the expression “until the 30th day of

June 2019” shall be substituted.

Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, dated the 24th October 2016, as subsequently amended.

of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, dated the 24th October 2016, as subsequently amended.
