Under Clause (3) of Article 166 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby directs

that the portfolio "Youth Welfare and Sports Development" hitherto held by Thiru P. Balakrishna Reddy be

allocated to Thiru K.A. Sengottaiyan in addition to the portfolio of School Education already held by him.

Thiru K.A. Sengottaiyan be re-designated as Minister for School Éducation, Youth Welfare and Sports Development.
