New Town Development Plan of the Hosur New Town Development Area Consented under this said Act and published

in the Housing and Urban Development Notiﬁ cation No.12 at page No.159,160 of Part VI—Section 1 of the

Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 26th March 2003.

for the Tiruchirappalli Local Planning area approved under the said Act in G.O.Ms.No.143, H&UD Department, dated

4. The Oﬃ ces of the Copyists, Process Service and Execution Department shall be kept open throughout the vacation.

No arrest warrant shall be executed during the Vacation. The Oﬃ ces of the other Department shall remain closed.

ARRANGEMENTS SHALL HOWEVER BE MADE

For functioning the necessary records and Original Orders to the Copyist and Process Service Department.

For submitting the records required to the High Court in pending proceedings.

For attending to all administrative correspondences.

5. In view of the instructions contained in the Criminal Rules of Practice and Circular Orders and as ordered

in High Court's Circular R.O.P.2/64-C3, dated: 29th April 1964, applications in urgent Criminal matters should

be made to the High Court of Judicature at Madras. However arrangements for disposal of urgent criminal

matters will be made if a Vacation Judge for disposing of them, is appointed by the High Court, Madras for

this District.

6. Under Section 30 of the Tamil Nadu Courts Act, as amended by Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Act, 17 of 1959, if a Vacation

Civil Judge is appointed to Thoothukudi District at Thoothukudi, Suits, Appeals and other proceedings on urgent nature

will be received and disposed of by him in terms of the rules that may be framed in this regard.

According to rules made under Section 30 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act and in accordance with the instructions

issued in the High Court's Oﬃ cial Memorandum in R.O.C. No. 70337-A/2018/C3, dated 06-12-2018. Notice is hereby

given that all the undermentioned Courts in the Civil Unit of Tirunelveli District except the oﬃ ce of the part-time Oﬃ cial

Receiver, Tirunelveli will be closed for Vacation and Holidays during the year 2019 as detailed hereunder.

2. The Oﬃ ce of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tirunelveli, Oﬃ cial Receiver, Tirunelveli and Judicial Magistrate,

Shencottah, Nanguneri, Cheranmahadevi and Sivagiri will remain open throughout the vacation and holidays declared above.

3. No Plaint or petition except application for grant of copies and Batta Memos for service and execution of Process

will be received by the Civil Courts during the Vacation.

4. The Oﬃ ce of the Copyist, Process Service and Execution Department shall be kept open throughout the vacation

and that no arrest warrant shall be executed during the vacation. The Oﬃ ce of the other Departments shall remain closed.

Arrangements shall, however, be made.

(i) for furnishing the Copies and sending Process.

(ii) for transmitting the records to the High Court required in pending Proceedings.

(iii) for attending all administrative correspondence.

5. In view of the instructions contained in the Criminal Rules of Practice and Circular Orders and as ordered in

High Court's Circular R.O.C. No. 2/64-C-3, dated: 29th April, 1964 applications in urgent Criminal matters should be

made to the High Court. However, urgent applications can also be made to the vacation Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli if

appointed to hear urgent Criminal applications relating to Tirunelveli District.

6. Under Section 30 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act as amended by Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Act 17 of 1959

if a Vacation Civil Judge is appointed for Tirunelveli District. Suits, Appeals and other proceedings of urgent nature will

be received and disposed of by him in terms of the Rules that may be framed in this regard.

7. In terms of High Court's Circular P.Dis. No. 573/60, dated 22nd August 1960 the Oﬃ ce of the Estate Abolition

Tribunal, Tirunelveli will function in full for the purpose of receiving papers etc., during the Vacation.
