Taking Over the Management of Hazrat Syed Gulam Asadullah (RH) Hazrat Syed Zahoorullah Sha Kadari (RH),

Triplicane, Chennai District.

In exercise of the powers conferred as per the provisions under Section 65 of the Wakf Act 1995, the

Tamil Nadu Wakf Board in its resolution in item No.183/18 in Rc.No.19453/08/B6/Chennai dated 4-12-2018 has ordered

to take over the management of Hazrat Syed Gulam Asadullah (RH) Hazrat Syed Zahoorullah Sha Kadari (RH),

Ice House, Triplicane, Chennai-5 under the Direct control of the Tamil Nadu Waqf Board for a period of one year

from 4-12-2018 to 3-12-2019 and has appointed the Waqf Inspector, Chennai (South) as its Executive Offi cer.

resolved to cancel the By Law framed for Jamia Pallivasal, Tuticorin District notifi ed in the Tamil Nadu Government

Gazette Notifi cation No. 44, Part VI-3(a) Section, dated:31-10-2018.
