Commission, Madurai - The Post of personal Secretary to the Honourable President included in the class of

feeder category for promotion in State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.

No. SRO B-3/2019.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India,

the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the rules published with the Co-operation, Food

and Consumer Protection Department Notification SRO. No. B-48/2018 published at page 76 of Part III-Section 1(b) of the

Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 20th June, 2018.

2. The Amendment hereby made shall be deemed to have come into force on and from the 27th December, 2012.

Amendment

In the said Rules, in rule 3 for sub-rule (i) the following sub-rule shall be substituted, namely:-

"(i) By promotion from among the holders of the post of Personal Secretary to the Honourable President or Appeal

Examiner and Court Officer in the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission''.
