The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed that

the land /lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below has/have to

be acquired for industrial purpose to wit for the formation of

New Broad Gauge Railway line between Tindivanam and

Tiruvannamalai and it having already been decided that the

entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the land /

lands is to be paid out of the lands controlled or managed by

Collector, Tiruvannamalai the following notice is issued under

sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of

Land for Industrial Purposes Act 1997.

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the

Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999) hectare / acres to the same, a

little more or less needed for Industrial Purpose, to wit for

the formation of New Broad Gauge Railway Line between

Tindivanam and Tiruvannamalai. The Governor of

Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land / lands speciﬁ ed in the

schedule below.

The plan of the lands are kept in the oﬃ ce of the

Revenue Divisional Oﬃ cer, Tiruvannamalai, Tiruvannamalai

District and may be inspected at any time during the oﬃ ce

hours hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed that

the land / lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below has/have

to be acquired for industrial purpose to wit for the formation

of New Broad Gauge Railway line between Tindivanam and

Tiruannamalai, and it having already been decided that the

entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the land /

lands is to be paid out of the lands controlled or managed by

Collector, Tiruvannamalai the following notice is issued under

sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of

Land for Industrial Purposes Act 1997.

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu

Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act 1997 (Tamil

Nadu Act 10 of 1999) 2.1431.0 hectare / acres to the

same, a little more or less needed for Industrial Purpose,

to wit for the formation of New Broad Gauge Railway Line

between Tindivanam and Tiruvannamalai , The Governor of

Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land / lands speciﬁ ed in the

schedule below.

The plan of the lands are kept in the oﬃ ce of the Revenue

Divisional Oﬃ cer, Tiruvannamalai, Tiruvannamalai District and

may be inspected at any time during the oﬃ ce hours.
