Oﬃ cial Liquidator of the Kovilpatti Industrial Co-operative Oﬀ set Printers Ltd., No. IND 1419 (Under Liquidation) in the

ﬁ nal closure proposal dated 14-12-2018 and in exercise of the powers delegated under Section 140(1) of Tamil Nadu

Co-operative Societies Act, 1983, the registration of the Kovilpatti Industrial Co-operative Offset Printers Ltd.,

No. IND 1419 (Under Liquidation) has been ordered to be cancelled and the aﬀ airs have been ﬁ nally closed with

of 1974) and in super session of all previous Notiﬁ cation on the subject, the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore,

Chennai -08 hereby redeﬁ nes the local areas speciﬁ ed in column (2 ) as area over which the II, V, VI, X, XIII, XIV,

XIX and XX Metropolitan Magistrate Court at Egmore, Chennai speciﬁ ed in column (I) of the table below may exercise

all or any of the powers of the Metropolitan Magistrate of the 1st Class vested with him under said code, with eﬀ ect

from the date of publication of the Notiﬁ cation in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.

relating there to.
