the Governor of Tamil Nadu, after consultation with the

Munsif's to be appointed for the District Munsif's Court at

Kurinjipadi as ONE with eﬀ ect on and from the date on

which the District Munsif assumes charge of that Court.

the Subordinate Judge's Court at Cuddalore shall have and

exercise original Jurisdiction over the District Munsif's Court

at Kurinjipadi addition to its existing jurisdiction with eﬀ ect

on and from the date on which the District Munsif assumes

charge of the District Munsif's Court at Kurinjipadi.
