Variations to the Approved Master Plan for the Coimbatore Local Planning Area

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning
Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers conferred by the G.O.Ms.No.94, Housing and Urban
Development [UD4(1)] Department, dated 12-06-2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette
No.27 Part II—Section 2, page No. 228, dated 15-07-2009 the following variations are made to the Master Plan for the
Coimbatore Local Planning Area Approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development
Department Notifi cation No.II(2)/Housing/4377/94 at page 1078 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government
Gazette, dated the 9th November 1994.

In the said Master Plan, in the “LAND USE SCHEDULE” under the heading “COIMBATORE LOCAL PLANNING
AREA (OTHER THAN COIMBATORE CORPORATION AREA) under the sub-heading (b) Non-Notifi ed Detailed Development
Plan Area in Annur Taluk, Kondayampalayam Village.
(i)
Against the entry “AGRICULTURAL (AG-7) for the expression “423 Part (except 423/2B, 2C, 5B, 5C) and
against the entry proposed road 423 part shall be substituted.
(ii)
Against the entry “RESIDENTIAL (PR-4) for the expression 423/2B, 2C, 5B, 5C shall be added after the
entry 411.
[G.O.(2D) No.159, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department, dated 03-12-2018] condition that
Proposed 100’0" wide Master Plan Ring Road should be retained as per the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country
Planning Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers conferred by the G.O.Ms.No.94,
Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department, dated 12-06-2009 which has been published in the
Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, No. 27 Part II—Section 2, page No. 228, dated 15-07-2009 the following variations
are made to the modifi ed Review Approved Master Plan of Karur Local Planning Area approved under the said Act, in
G.O.Ms.No. 237, H&UD (UD4(2), dated 1-11-2010 and published with the Housing and Urban Development Notifi cation
No. II(2)/ HOU/700/2010 and published in Part II—Section 2, page No. 815 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the
24th November 2011.

In the said Modifi ed Review Approved Master Plan for KARUR LOCAL PLANNING AREA - PROPOSED LAND USE,
under the expression Inam Karur Town Panchayat and BALAMBALPURAM VILLAGE.
(i) Under the heading "Educational Use Zone’’ the following shall be added "SF Nos. 349/1, 350/1, 351/1.’’

(ii) Under the sub-heading "Agriculture Use Zone’’ the S.F. Nos. 344 to 351 shall be deleted and after the
expression SF No. 336 to 341, the following shall be added.

expression 377 to 380, 381, 382 (except 381/1B, 382/2) for the expression 390, 391, 393 (except 390/2, 391/1, 393/1)
shall be substituted.
(ii)
Against the entry “RESIDENTIAL for the expression 381/1B, 382/2, 390/2, 391/1, 393/1 shall be added
after the entry 373 to 375, 389.
