The Government of Tamil Nadu has been satisfied that the

lands specified in the schedule below have to be acquired due

for industrial purposes to wit for a formation of Thindivanam

to Nagari New Broad Gauge Railway Line, and it having

already been decided that the entire amount of compensation

to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the lands

controlled or managed by Southern Railway. The following

notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the

Tamil Nadu Acquisition of land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu

Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu

hereby acquires the lands in No.14, Athimanjeri Village in

respect of Pallipattu Taluk of Tiruvallur District as specified in

the Schedule below and measuring 42995 Sq.meters to the

same, a little more or less needed for industrial purposes,

to wit, for formation of Thindivanam to Nagari New Broad

Gauge Railway Line.

The plan of the lands kept in the Office of the Land

Acquisition Officer and District Revenue Officer, Tiruvallur and

at the Taluk Office, Pallipattu and may be inspected at any

time during office hours.

Notice

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu

Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act,1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu

hereby acquires the land / lands specified in the schedule

below and measuring 0.81.0 Hectare of Dry Land to the same,

a little more or less needed for Industrial Purpose, to wit for

the formation of New Broad Gauge Railway line between

Tindivanam and Thiruvannamalai.

The plan of the lands are kept in the Collector’s Office,

Viluppuram and in the office of the Sub-Collector, Tindivanam,

Viluppuram district and may be inspected at any time during

office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied

that the lands specified in the schedule below have to be

acquired for industrial purpose to wit for the formation of new

Broad Gauge Railway line between Tindivanam and Nagari

and it having already been decided that the entire amount

of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid

out of the lands controlled or managed by District Collector,

Tiruvannamalai the following notice is issued under sub-section

(1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for

Industrial Purposes Act, 1997.

Notice

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu

Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act.1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu

hereby acquires the land / lands specified in the schedule

below and measuring 15450 Sq.Mt of Dry Land to the same,

a little more or less needed for Industrial Purpose, to wit for

the formation of new Broad Gauge Railway line between

Tindivanam and Nagari

The plan of the lands are kept in the Collector’s Office,

Tiruvannamalai and in the office of the Revenue Divisional

Office, Cheyyar, Tiruvannamalai district and may be inspected

at any time during office hours.

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu

Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil

Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby

acquires the lands in No.08, Gollalakuppam Village in respect

of Pallipattu Taluk of Tiruvallur District as specified in the

same, a little more or less needed for industrial purposes, to
