conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (1) of Section 9 of

the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (Central Act II of 1899), the

Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby remits the duty chargeable

under the said Act in respect of the instrument of gift to be

executed by Sri Ramakrishna Educational Society in favour

No.II(2)/HWMP/175/2019.— The Governor of

Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed

in the schedule below have to be acquired for highways

purpose, to wit for formation of By-Pass road to Namakkal

Town at Namakkal District and it having already been

decided that the entire amount of compensation to be

awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds

controlled or managed by the Chief Engineer (NABARD

& Rural Roads), Highways Department, Chennai-25 and

after having considered the cause shown by the owners

or other persons having interest in the said lands as the

case may be do hereby publish, the following notice under

sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways

Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the

Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of

2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the

lands specifi ed in the Schedule below measuring, an extent

of 32,374.5 Sq. metres of Ryotwari dry lands to the same,

a little more or less needed for Highways purpose, to wit,

for the formation of By-Pass Road to Namakkal Town,

in Namakkal District. The Plan of the lands are kept in

the offi ce of the District Collector, Namakkal and may be

inspected at any time during offi ce hours.

No.II(2)/HWMP/176/2019.— The Governor of Tamil Nadu

having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in schedule

below and situated in the Village Vaduganthankal in the

Taluk of Katpadi in the District of Vellore are needed for

Highways purpose for construction of Road Over Bridge in

lieu of existing Level Crossing No. 59 of Latheri, Virinjipuram

Road Railway station and it having already been decided that

the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the

lands is to be paid by the Divisional Engineer (Highways),

Project Division (H) Vellore-6, after considering the cause

shown by the owner or other persons having interest on

such lands, as the case may, do here by publish the

following notice under Sub- Section (1) of Section 15 of the

Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

N඗ගඑඋඍ

Under sub section (1) of Section 15 of the

Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of

2002) the Governor of Tamil Nadu here by acquires the

lands specified in the Schedule below admeasuring

S.No 143/56 and others of 1579 Sq. Meters needed for

Highways purpose for formation of Road Over Bridge in lieu

of Level Crossing No.59 located at Vaduganthankal Village.

The plan of the lands is kept in the offi ce of the

Tahsildar, Katpadi, Vellore District and may be inspected

at any time during offi ce hours.

Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002) the Governor

of Tamil Nadu here by acquires the land specifi ed in the

schedule below measuring an extent of 10.95.30 Hectares or

109530 Square Meters of dry lands to the same, a little

more or less needed for Highways to wit for formation of

Ring Road located in Karigiri Village, Katpadi Taluk, Vellore

District.

The Plan of lands is kept in the offi ce of Tahsildar,

Katpadi, Vellore District and may be inspected at any time

during offi ce hours.
