In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Panchayats

(Second Amendment) Act, 2019 (Tamil Nadu Act 13 of 2019), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints

the 1st March 2019, as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.
