In exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-section (1) under Section 4 of the Compensatory

Aff oresation Fund Act, 2016 (38 of 2018), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby with eff ect from

7-03-2019 establishes for the purposes of this Act, a special fund referred as “State Compensatory

Aff orestation Fund-Tamil Nadu (SCAF)” under interest bearing section of Public Account of State

of Tamil Nadu under distinct Minor head “129-State Compensatory Aff orestation Fund (SCAF)”

below the Major Head “8121-General and other Reserve Funds”.
