APPROVED THE DRAFT MODIFIED MASTER PLAN FOR KODAIKANAL LOCAL PLANNING

AREA UNDER THE TAMIL NADU TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 30 of the Tamil Nadu Town

and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby

publishes the approval of the Government under Section 28 of the said Act for the modifi ed Master

Plan for the Kodaikanal Local Planning Area submitted by the Principal Secretary/Commissioner of

Town and Country Planning (FAC).

2. The Approved Modifi ed Master Plan for the Kodaikanal Local Planning Area with all its

enclosures shall be kept open for the inspection of the public during working days in the offi ce of

the Kodaikanal Municipality during offi ce hours.
