The Government of Tamil Nadu has been satisﬁ ed that the

lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below have to be acquired due

for industrial purposes to wit for a formation of Tindivanam

to Nagari New Broad Gauge Railway Line, and it having

already been decided that the entire amount of compensation

to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the lands

controlled or managed by Southern Railway. The following

notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the

Tamil Nadu Acquisition of land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu

Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu

hereby acquires the lands in No.05, Kolathur Village in

respect of Pallipattu Taluk of Tiruvallur District as speciﬁ ed in

the Schedule below and measuring 116985 Sq.meters to the

same, a little more or less needed for industrial purposes, to

wit, for formation of Tindivanam to Nagari New Broad Gauge

Railway Line.

The plan of the lands kept in the Oﬃ ce of the Land

Acquisition Oﬃ cer and District Revenue Oﬃ cer, Tiruvallur and

Oﬃ ce of the Special Tahsildar, (LA), Taluk Oﬃ ce @ Pallipattu

and may be inspected at any time during oﬃ ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu has been satisﬁ ed that the

lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below have to be acquired due

for industrial purposes to wit for a formation of Thindivanam

to Nagari New Broad Gauge Railway Line, and it having

already been decided that the entire amount of compensation

to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the lands

controlled or managed by Southern Railway. The following

notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the

Tamil Nadu Acquisition of land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu

Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu

hereby acquires the lands in No.04, Perumanallur-II Group

(Kumarajipettai) Village in respect of Pallipattu Taluk of

Tiruvallur District as speciﬁ ed in the Schedule below and

measuring 185559 Sq.meters to the same, a little more or

less needed for Industrial Purposes, to wit, for formation of

Tindivanam to Nagari New Broad Gauge Railway Line.

The plan of the lands kept in the Oﬃ ce of the Land

Acquisition Oﬃ cer and District Revenue Oﬃ cer, Tiruvallur and

Oﬃ ce of the Special Tahsildar, (LA), Taluk Oﬃ ce @ Pallipattu

The Government of Tamil Nadu has been satisﬁ ed that the

lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below have to be acquired due

for industrial purposes to wit for a formation of Thindivanam

to Nagari New Broad Gauge Railway Line, and it having

already been decided that the entire amount of compensation

to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the lands

controlled or managed by Southern Railway. The following

notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil

Nadu Acquisition of land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu

Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu

hereby acquires the lands in No.04, Perumanallur-III Village

in respect of Pallipattu Taluk of Tiruvallur District as speciﬁ ed

in the Schedule below and measuring 86771 Sq.meters to the

same, a little more or less needed for Industrial Purposes, to

wit, for formation of Tindivanam to Nagari New Broad Gauge

Railway Line.

The plan of the lands kept in the Oﬃ ce of the Land

Acquisition Oﬃ cer and District Revenue Oﬃ cer, Tiruvallur and

Oﬃ ce of the Special Tahsildar, (LA), Taluk Oﬃ ce @ Pallipattu

and may be inspected at any time during oﬃ ce hours.
