The Government of Tamil Nadu, having been satisfi ed that
the lands specifi ed in the schedule below have to be acquired
for Industrial purpose, to wit, for Expansion of Tiruchirappalli
Airport at Kottappattu Block-II and surrounding areas, and it
having already been decided that the amount of compensation
to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds
controlled. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1)
of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of land for Industrial
Purpose Act 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu
Acquisition of land for Industrial Purposes Act 1997
(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), The Government of Tamil Nadu
hereby acquires the land specifi ed in the schedule below and
measuring 8349.5 Square meter (2.06 Acres) to the same,
a little more of less needed for Industrial Purpose, to wit,
for Expansion of Tiruchirappalli Airport at Kottappattu and
surrounding areas.
The plan of the lands is kept in the offi ce of the District
Collector, Tiruchirappalli and may be inspected at any time
during offi ce hours.
