ACQUISITION OF LANDS

The Governor of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the
lands specifi ed in the schedule below have to be acquired
for industrial purpose to wit for Tamil Nadu Electricity Board
and it having already been decided that the entire amount or
compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out
of the funds controlled of managed by Tamil Nadu Electricity
Board. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of
Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for industrial
Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu
Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil
Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby
acquires the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below and
measuring 1.34.90 hectare to the same, a little more or less
needed for industrial purposes, to wit, for Bhavani Barrage
Kattalai Kathavani -II Scheme of Tamil Nadu Electricity Board.
The plans of the lands are kept in the offi ce of the District
Revenue Offi cer, Erode and may be inspected at any time
during offi ce hours.
