having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule

below have to be acquired for highways purpose, to wit

for development of Tiruchengode to Namakkal State

Highways Road to four laning at Namakkal District and

it having already been decided that the entire amount of

compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out

below have to be acquired for highways purpose, to wit

for formation of By-Pass road to Tiruchengode Town at

Namakkal District and it having already been decided that

the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the

lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed

by the Chief Engineer (NABARD & Rural Roads), Highways

Department, Chennai-25 and after having considered the

cause shown by the owners or other persons having interest

in the said lands as the case may be do hereby publish,

the following notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of

the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34

having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the

schedule below have to be acquired for Highways purpose

for the Formation of By-pass Road to Tiruvannamalai Town

starting from Cuddalore- Chittoor Road Km 112/4 and ending

at Km 112/6 in connection with National Highways 66

in Tiruvannamalai District and it having already been decided

that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded

for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled

or managed by the Divisional Engineer (NABARD and

Rural Roads), Highways Department, Vellore District after

considering the cause shown by the owner (or) other

person having interest on such lands as the case may

be hereby publish the following notice under sub-section

(1) of Section 15 of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001

(Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands

is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the

Divisional Engineer (NABARD and Rural Roads), Highways

Department, Vellore District after considering the cause

shown by the owner (or) other person having interest on such

lands as the case may be hereby publish the following notice

under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of Tamil Nadu Highways

Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under Sub Section (1) of Section 15 of Tamil Nadu

Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor

of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land specifi ed in the

schedule below measuring to an extent of 16563 Square

meter of dry lands in Survey No. 108/4 etc., in Devanandal

Village, Tiruvannamalai Taluk and District to the same a little

more or less needed for the formation of By-pass road to

Tiruvannamalai Town starting from Cuddalore-Chittor Road

Km 112/4 and ending at Km. 112/6 in connection with

National Highways 66 in Tiruvannamalai District.

The Plan of the lands is kept in Taluk Office,

Tiruvannamalai and may be inspected at any time during

offi ce hours.
