NOTIFICATIONS UNDER THE TAMIL NADU TRANSPARENCY IN TENDERS ACT, 1998

(TAMIL NADU ACT 43 OF 1998).

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (bb) of Section 16 of the Tamil Nadu Transparency

in Tenders Act, 1998 (Tamil Nadu Act 43 of 1998), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby declares to

entrust the work of Market Information System Platform Development to International Crops Research

Institute for the Semi-Arid Tropics (ICRISAT) and also to engage ICRISAT as technical consultant

for the implementation of Supply Chain Management Project on Public Private Partnership mode in

the selected districts under D3Si initiatives of National Institution for Transforming India (NITI) Aayog

from the component of Integrated Information Technology Platform and other components of Supply

Chain Management Project.
