CONSTITUTION OF THE TAMIL NADU AUTHORITY FOR ADVANCE RULING

UNDER THE TAMIL NADU GOODS AND SERVICES TAX ACT.

No. II(2)/CTR/385(f)/2019.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 96 of the Tamil Nadu Goods and

Services Tax Act, 2017 (Tamil Nadu Act 19 of 2017) and in supercession of the Commercial Taxes and

Registration Department Notifi cation No.II(2)/CTR/519(a)/2018, published at page 1 in Part II-Section 2 of the

Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, Extraordinary, dated 11th June, 2018, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby

constitutes the Tamil Nadu Authority for Advance Ruling consisting of the following members for Advance

Ruling, namely:-

(i)

Tmt. Manasa Gangotri Kata, IRS (C&CE), Joint Commissioner of GST & Central Excise,

Tamil Nadu & Puducherry; and

(ii)

Thiru. S. Kurinjiselvaan, Joint Commissioner (Commercial Taxes).

2. This Notifi cation shall be deemed to have come into force with eff ect from 25th January, 2019.
