The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed

that the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below have to be

acquired for industrial purpose to wit for the formation of New

Broad Gauge Railway line between Tindivanam and Nagari

and it having already been decided that the entire amount

of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid

out of the lands controlled or managed by District Collector,

Tiruvannamalai the following notice is issued under sub-section

(1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for

Industrial Purposes Act, 1997.

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu

Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purpose Act.1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu

hereby acquires the land / lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule

below and measuring 70920 Sq.Mt. of Wet and Dry Land to

the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial Purpose,

to wit for the formation of New Broad Gauge Railway line

between Tindivanam and Nagari

The plan of the lands are kept in the Collector’s

Oﬃ ce, Tiruvannamalai and in the oﬃ ce of the Revenue

Divisional Oﬃ ce, Cheyyar, Tiruvannamalai district and may

be inspected at any time during oﬃ ce hours.

Tiruvannamalai District, Cheyyar Taluk, 155 Erumaivetti Village.

Extent of land under acquisition : 70920 Sq.Mt. of Wet and Dry Land

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed

that the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below have to be

acquired for industrial purpose to wit for the formation of

new Broad Gauge Railway line between Tindivanam and

Nagari and it having already been decided that the entire

amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to

be paid out of the lands controlled or managed by District

Collector, Villupuram the following notice is issued under

sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition

of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997.

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the

Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purpose Act.1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu

hereby acquires the land / lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule

below and measuring 2.48.0 hectares of Dry Land and

0.28.5 hect. of Wet land, a little more or less needed for

Industrial Purpose, to wit for the formation of new Broad

Gauge Railway line between Tindivanam and Nagari.

The plan of the lands are kept in the Collector’s

Oﬃ ce, Villupuram and in the oﬃ ce of the Sub-Collector,

Tindivanam, Villupuram District and may be inspected at

any time during oﬃ ce hours.

Villupuram District, Tindivanam Taluk, 55. Karuvampakkam Village.
