The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that
the lands specified in the schedule below have to be acquired
for industrial purpose to wit for the formation of new Broad
Gauge Railway line between Tindivanam and Thiruvannamalai
and it having already been decided that the entire amount
of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid
out of the lands controlled or managed by District Collector,
Viluppuram the following notice is issued under sub-section
(1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for
Industrial Purposes Act, 1997.
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the
Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purpose Act,1997
(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu
hereby acquires the land / lands specified in the schedule below
and measuring 3.41.5 hectare to the same, a little more or
less needed for Industrial Purpose, to wit for the formation
of New Broad Gauge Railway line between Tindivanam and
Thiruvannamalai.
The plan of the lands are kept in the Collector’s Office,
Viluppuram and in the office of the Sub-Collector, Tindivanam,
Viluppuram District and may be inspected at any time during
office hours.
Viluppuram District, Tindivanam Taluk, 60, Melperadikuppam Village.
Extent of land under acquisition : 3.41.5 hectares

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that
the lands specified in the schedule below have to be acquired
for industrial purpose to wit for the formation of new Broad
Gauge Railway line between Tindivanam and Thiruvannamalai
and it having already been decided that the entire amount
of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid
out of the lands controlled or managed by District Collector,
Viluppuram the following notice is issued under sub-section
(1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for
Industrial Purposes Act, 1997.
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu
Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997
(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu
hereby acquires the land / lands specified in the schedule
below and measuring 2.04.0 Hectare of Dry Land and 1.63.0
Hectare of Wet Land to the same, a little more or less needed
for Industrial Purpose, to wit for the formation of new Broad
Gauge Railway line between Tindivanam and Thiruvannamalai.
The plan of the lands are kept in the Collector’s Office,
Viluppuram and in the office of the Sub Collector, Tindivanam,
Viluppuram district and may be inspected at any time during
office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that
the lands specified in the schedule below have to be acquired
for industrial purpose to wit for the formation of new Broad
Gauge Railway line between Tindivanam and Thiruvannamalai
and it having already been decided that the entire amount
of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid
out of the lands controlled or managed by District Collector,
Viluppuram the following notice is issued under sub-section
(1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for
Industrial Purposes Act, 1997.
NOTICE
Under Sub-Section (1) of Section 3 of the
Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997
(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu
hereby acquires the land / lands specified in the schedule
below and measuring 7.22.5 Hectare of Dry Land to the same,
a little more or less needed for Industrial Purpose, to wit for
the formation of new Broad Gauge Railway line between
Tindivanam and Thiruvannamalai.
The plan of the lands are kept in the Collector’s Office,
Viluppuram and in the office of the Sub-Collector, Tindivanam,
Viluppuram district and may be inspected at any time during
office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied
that the lands specified in the schedule below have to be
acquired for industrial purpose to wit for the formation of new
Broad Gauge Railway line between Tindivanam and Nagari
and it having already been decided that the entire amount
of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid
out of the lands controlled or managed by District Collector,
Tiruvannamalai the following notice is issued under sub-section
(1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for
Industrial Purposes Act, 1997.
NOTICE
Under Sub-Section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu
Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purpose Act.1997 (Tamil Nadu
Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires
the land / lands specified in the schedule below and measuring
65056 Sq.Mt of Dry Land to the same, a little more or less
needed for Industrial Purpose, to wit for the formation of new
Broad Gauge Railway line between Tindivanam and Nagari
The plan of the lands are kept in the Collector’s Office,
Tiruvannamalai and in the office of the Revenue Divisional
Office, Cheyyar, Tiruvannamalai District and may be inspected
at any time during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied
that the lands specified in the schedule below have to be
acquired for industrial purpose to wit for the formation of new
Broad Gauge Railway line between Tindivanam and Nagari
and it having already been decided that the entire amount
of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid
out of the lands controlled or managed by District Collector,
Viluppuram the following notice is issued under sub-section (1)
of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial
Purposes Act, 1997.
NOTICE
Under Sub-Section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu
Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purpose Act.1997 (Tamil
Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby
acquires the land / lands specified in the schedule below and
measuring 15500 Sq.Mts to the same, a little more or less
needed for Industrial Purpose, to wit for the formation of new
Broad Gauge Railway line between Tindivanam and Nagari.
The plan of the lands are kept in the Collector’s Office,
Viluppuram and in the office of the Sub Collector, Tindivanam,
Viluppuram district and may be inspected at any time during
office hours.
