In exercise of the powers conferred under Sections 10 (1) and (3) of Tamil Nadu Open University Act, 2002, the
Hon’ble Governor–Chancellor hereby appoints Dr.K.Parthasarathy, formerly Senior Professor and Head, Department of
Lifelong Learning and Founder Director, IECD, Bharathidasan University, Khajamalai Campus, Tiruchirapalli – 620 023, as
Vice-Chancellor, Tamil Nadu Open University, Chennai for a period of three years with eff ect from the date of his
assuming offi ce.
