Amendments to the Tamil Nadu Legal Metrology (Enforcement) Rules, 2011.

No. SRO A-21/2019.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of Section 53 of the Legal Metrology
Act, 2009 (Central Act 1 of 2010) the Governor of Tamil Nadu after consultation with the Central Government, hereby make
the following amendment to the Tamil Nadu Legal Metrology (Enforcement) Rules, 2011, the Draft of the same have been

Amendments.
In the said Rules,-
(1) for SCHEDULE - IV, the following SCHEDULE shall be substituted, namely:-
