No. I/PUSP/12(b)/2019.

Under Clause (3) of Article 166 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Tamil Nadu

hereby directs that the portfolio "Information Technology" hitherto held by Dr M. Manikandan be

allocated to Thiru R.B. Udhayakumar in addition to the portfolios of Revenue, District Revenue

Establishment, Deputy Collectors, Weights and Measures, Debt Relief including Legislation on

Money Lending, Chits, Registration of Companies, Disaster Management already held by him.

Thiru R.B. Udhayakumar be re-designated as Minister for Revenue and Disaster Management &

Information Technology.
