No. 165/2019-In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 13 of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973 (Central
Act 2 of 1974), the High Court hereby appoints the above said 8 I.A.S. Probationers of 2018 batch to be the Special
Judicial Magistrates in the Districts noted against their names, from the date of assumption of offi ce. The powers may
be withdrawn as and when they complete their training to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrates concerned
and confers upon them the ordinary powers conferrable under this Code on a Magistrate to try such cases which were
triable and dealt with by an erstwhile Judicial Second Class Magistrate.

G.O.(2D) No.87, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 11-06-2019. The following variation are
made to the Master Plan of Mamallapuram local Planning Authority approved under the said act and published in the
G.O.Ms.No.153 H&UD [UD4(2)] dated 20-06-2013, Notifi cation No.28, at page No. 481 of Part-II—Section 2 of the
Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 17th July 2013.
