NOTIFICATION UNDER THE TAMIL NADU GOODS AND SERVICES TAX ACT, 2017

AMENDMENT TO NOTIFICATION

[G.O. Ms. No. 114, Commercial Taxes and Registration (B1), 20th August 2019,

Aavani 3, Vikari, Thiruvalluvar Aandu-2050.]

No. II(2)/CTR/677(d)/2019.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 164 of the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017

(Tamil Nadu Act 19 of 2017), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, on the recommendations of the Council, and on

being satisfi ed that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment to

the Commercial Taxes and Registration Department Notifi cation No.II(2)/CTR/301(f-3)/2019, published at page 3

in Part II-Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, dated the 23rd April, 2019, namely:-

Aඕඍඖඌඕඍඖග.

In the said notifi cation, for the fi gures, letters and words “21st day of August, 2019”, the fi gures, letters

and word “21st day of November, 2019” shall be substituted.
