Order: No. 391, Public (Special-A), 16th August 2019.

The Government have considered the recommendation of

the High Court, Madras to depute Thiru G.Sendil Kumar, District

Judge of Puducherry Judicial Service, functioning as I Additional

District Judge, Cuddalore in the Tamil Nadu State Judicial

Service on deputation basis has been recommended to be

transferred to Puducherry Judicial Service.

2. The Government accordingly direct that Thiru

G.Sendil Kumar, District Judge of Puducherry Judicial

Service,

functioning

as

I

Additional

District

Judge,

Cuddalore in the Tamil Nadu State Judicial Service on

Deputation basis be repatriated to his parent department viz.,

Puducherry Judicial Service.
