In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning
Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers conferred by the G.O.Ms.No.94, Housing and Urban
Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 12-06-2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette
No.27 Part II–Section 2, Page No. 228, dated 15-07-2009 the following variations are made to the master plan for the
Coimbatore Local Planning Area approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development
Department Notification No.II(2)/Housing/4377/94 at Page 1078 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government
Gazette dated the 9th November 1994.
Variations
In the said Master Plan, in the “LAND USE SCHEDULE” under the heading “COIMBATORE LOCAL PLANNING
AREA under the Sub heading (b) Non Notified Detailed Development Plan Area in Vellakinar Village/Detailed Development
Plan No.4 Coimbatore Corporation.
(i)
Against the entry “INDUSTRIAL” for the expression “342 Part” shall be deleted and the expression
“342 part” (Except 342/2A, 2B, 2C, 1D2) shall be substituted
(ii)
Against the entry “RESIDENTIAL” for the expression 342/2A, 2B, 2C, 1D2, 144/2A shall be added after
the entry 321.

(ii)
Against the entry “RESIDENTIAL” for the expression “231/1B” shall be added after the entry 174.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning
Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1971) and in exercise of powers conferred by the Government Order Ms. No. 94,
Housing and Urban Development [UD IV-(1)] Department Dated 12th June 2009 which has been published in the
Tamil Nadu Gazette Issue No. 27, Part-II, Section-2, page No.228 dated 15th July 2009, the following variations to the
New Town Development plan of the Hosur New Town Development Area consented under this said Act and published
in the Housing and Urban Development Department Notification No.12 at page No.159, 160 of Part VI—Section-1, of the
Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated the 26th March 2003.
Variations
In the said Hosur New Town Development plan under the heading “Commercial use Zone” in Nagondapalli
Village in Expression of S.F. No. 288/1B2B with an extent of 0.38 Acres (or) 0.15.40 Hectares shall be added.
Under the heading “Agricultural Use Zone” in Nagondapalli Village in Expression of S.F. No. 288/1B2B with
an extent of 0.38 Acres (or) 0.15.40 Hectares shall be deleted.

No. 183/2019.–In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 13 of the Criminal Procedure Code 1973 (Central Act
2 of 1974), the High Court hereby appoints the following (i) 8 Deputy Tahsildars in Villupuram District, (ii) 8 Officials in
the cadre of Tahsildar and Deputy Tahsildar (3 Tahsildars, one Deputy Tahsildar and 4 Tahsildars by temporary promotion)
in Coimbatore District and (iii) 6 Deputy Tahsildars in Perambalur District (shown below), to undergo Magisterial Training
for a period of 120 days, from the date of assumption of charge and confers upon them the ordinary powers conferrable

(Central Act 2 of 1974), the High Court hereby appoints the above said 27 Deputy Collectors of direct recruitment for
the year 2014-2016 to be the Special Judicial Magistrates in the Districts noted against their names, from the date of
assumption of office till the completion of their training.
The powers may be withdrawn as and when they complete their training in the District concerned and confer upon
them the ordinary powers, conferrable under this Code on a Magistrate to try such cases which were triable and dealt
with by an erstwhile Judicial Second Class Magistrate.
