and Urban Development [UD IV-I] Department Dated 12th June 2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu

Gazette Issue No:27, Part-II—Section -2, page no.228 dated 15^th July 2009, the following variations to the New Town

Department dated 31-07-2019 has been permitted change of land use of certain survey numbers making the following

variation to the consented Master Plan for the Thoothukudi Local Planning Area under the said Act vide G.O.Ms.No. 71,

Housing and Urban Development (UD4(2) Department dated 10-02-2000 and published in the Tamil Nadu Government

Magistrate Court, Singampunari shall have and exercise local jurisdiction over the entire Taluk of Singampunari with

eﬀ ect from the date on which the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Singampunari assumes charge of that Court.
