appoint (i) Smt. Justice S. Ramathilagam (ii) Smt. Justice

R. Tharani, (iii) Justice P. Rajamanickam, (iv) Smt. Justice

T. Krishnavalli, (v) Shri Justice R. Pongiappan, and (vi) Smt.

Justice R. Hemalatha, Additional Judges of the Madras

High Court, to be Judges of the Madras High Court with effect

from the date they assume charge of their respective offices.

Income Tax, Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu, Letter dated 04-04-2019.

Department of Revenue, Central Board of Direct Taxes Letter

F.No.HRD/CM/152/172/2018-19/3194, dated 16-08-2019

Order: No.572, Public (Special-A), 26th August 2019.

The Government of Tamil Nadu have agreed for the

deputation of Dr. N. Rajakumar, IRS, Joint Commissioner of

Income Tax, Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu with this State Government

for a period of three years with effect from the date of his

reporting for duty in the Government of Tamil Nadu.

2. Dr. N. Rajakumar, IRS, (Civil Code:09120), Joint

Commissioner of Income Tax, Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu on

deputation to the Government of Tamil Nadu is posted to act

as Joint Commissioner of Commercial Taxes, Services Tax Cell

Office of Commissioner of Commercial Taxes Chennai.

3. During the period of his deputation, he is allowed to draw

his pay in his time scale of pay, allowances and entitlements as

applicable to him in his parent cadre and other perquisites as

eligible to the post to which he is posted.
