No. II(1)/AG/14/2019.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of sub-section (1) of Section 9 read with

Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1987 (Tamil Nadu Act 27 of 1989), the Governor of

Tamil Nadu hereby declares his intention that the marketing of the Agricultural produce, namely, maize in all forms, Cholam

(Jowar) in all forms, Ragi in all forms and Cumbu (Bajra) in all forms shall cease to be regulated in the notified market areas

of the following Market Committees, namely:-
