APPOINTMENT OF A MEMBER IN THE STATE OF TAMIL NADU UNDER THE JUVENILE JUSTICE

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 27 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and

Protection of Children) Act, 2015 [Central Act 2 of 2016], the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the

following amendments to the notifi cation published with the Social Welfare and Nutritious Meal Programme

Department Notifi cation No.II(2)/SWNMP/980(C-8)/2018 published at page 5 of in Part II-Section 2 of the

Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, dated 15th November 2018;

Aඕඍඖඌඕඍඖග.

In the said Notifi cation, in the tabular column, for serial numbers (2) and the corresponding entries relating

thereto, the following serial numbers and the corresponding entries shall, respectively be substituted namely:-
