dated: 27-06-2012 and the fact of this approval in Form No. 12 Published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette,

No. 41 Part VI—Section 1, Page No. 295, dated 17-10-12, Publication No.VI(1)/305/2012.

Any person aﬀ ected or interested in this draft variation may within SIXTY days from the date of publication

of this notiﬁ cation in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, can represent in person or submit in writing to the Member

Secretary, Coimbatore Local Planning Authority any objections and suggestions relating there to.

The variation with plan may be inspected free of cost at any time during oﬃ ce hours at the above said Local

Planning Authority Oﬃ ce.

Town and Country Planning, Chennai - 2 hereby conﬁ rms the following variation to the Conversion of Public purpose

use and Residential use into Commercial use in S.F. No. 33/3pt, 4, 5pt, 6pt, 7pt Extent: 3418 sqm - Periyasemur

Village Zone-II, Erode Corporation, Erode Taluk and District, Erode Local Planning Area, approved by the Director of

Town and Country Planning Proceedings in Roc. No. 14783/2009 DP1, dated 24-02-2010 and the fact of this approval

Since no objections and suggestions have been received on this draft notiﬁ cation within the stipulated time,
