In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 3 of the Tamil Nadu Local Bodies Election Symbols (Reservation

and Allotment) Order, 2019, the Tamil Nadu State Election Commission hereby notifies that the elections to the following

offices shall be held on party basis:-

Ward Members of Town Panchayats;

Councillors of Municipalities and Municipal Corporations;

3.

Chairmen of Town Panchayats and Municipalities;

4.

Mayors of Municipal Corporations;

5.

Ward Members of Panchayat Unions; and

Ward Members of District Panchayats.
